Customized Introductory Messages

These are the messages you create to personalize your initial contact with the job seeker. These messages give job seekers general information about your company, as well as more detailed information about the job and its qualifying requirements. These messages can also be used to "sell" the job seeker on the benefits of the job and your company. Additionally, if you are using the automated phone method, these messages can be recorded in your own voice to add further personalization to the process.

1. Welcome Greeting - maximum 100 words

Example:

Welcome to the automated pre-qualifying process for a customer service position with ABC Service Group. We appreciate your interest in our company. Please be prepared to spend 5 to 7 minutes providing information about yourself. Your answers will be used to provide us with information about your background and experience.


2. Job and Company Information - maximum 150 words

Example:

Employees at the ABC Service Group enjoy a working environment that is clean and friendly. Our employees receive top wages, excellent training, and a flexible work schedule. We are one of the oldest and most prestigious organizations in Chicago. In addition to offering excellent pay and benefits, our company offers exciting opportunities to build a rewarding career in the service industry. Our employees take pride in our reputation for providing 5 star customer service. We recruit employees for the long term and reward them for their commitment. This position involves working closely with customers - answering their questions, helping them to find solutions to their problems, and creating an overall positive experience for them.
