Customized Introductory Messages
These are the messages you create to
personalize your initial contact with the job seeker. These messages
give job seekers general information about your company, as well as
more detailed information about the job and its qualifying requirements.
These messages can also be used to "sell" the job seeker on
the benefits of the job and your company. Additionally, if you are using
the automated phone method, these messages can be recorded in your own
voice to add further personalization to the process.
1. Welcome Greeting - maximum 100 words

Welcome to the automated
pre-qualifying process for a customer service position with ABC
Service Group. We appreciate your interest in our company. Please
be prepared to spend 5 to 7 minutes providing information about
yourself. Your answers will be used to provide us with information
about your background and experience.

2. Job and Company Information - maximum
150 words
